Capture Menin Gate Moments

Explore the storied, moving history of the Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial through our Menin Gate Moments merchandise.

The Menin Gate is one of the most iconic Commonwealth War Graves sites anywhere in the world.

Its story was recently brought to beautiful life through the stunning artwork of War Horse illustrator Tom Clohosy Cole for the Menin Gate Moments exhibition in Ipres, Belgium.

A mixture of scenes of the Menin Gate’s storied history has been brought to life by Tom’s beautiful illustrations, including a shocking scene of the desolation of the Ypres Salient, the colourful opening ceremony of the memorial, and a sombre, wintery Last Post ceremony beneath its arch.
