CWG Chats: Horticulture at the CWGC
Join us for our CWG Chat: Horticulture at the CWGC at 12:30 (BST) on Thursday May 15 2025.
Commonwealth War Graves is the largest estate in the world, covering 23,000 locations in 150 countries and territories. With sites in all climates and conditions, caring for them is one of the largest endeavours we undertake each year.
Join David Richardson, CWGC’s Director of Horticulture, to explore the unique challenges and principles behind maintaining some of the world’s most significant cemeteries and memorials.
From the carefully selected planting schemes to the year-round dedication of our global gardening teams, this session will reveal how vital the role of horticulture is to the work of the Commission.
